How It Works
- Smooth Photo Scanning will provide everything your organization needs to promote the fundraiser, including press releases, brochures, discounted pricing lists, signage, and event exposure on our website and social media accounts.
- We will also provide everything needed to easily accept and organize members’ collections including order forms, boxes, bags, and labels.
- One of our experienced representatives will hold seminars at your location to educate members on the multiple benefits of our fundraising effort and answer questions.
- We will make regular pick-ups of member collections to be brought to our secure, state-of -the-art facility in Lodi, NJ where each order will be logged into our system and processed by a trained scanning technician.
Once scanned and converted, original items will be returned to your location along with digital copies of members’ memories on DVD or flash drive, ready for pick up. - Smooth Photo Scanning Services donates a portion of the proceeds to your organization.
